Shekóli Swake·kú (Hello everyone)
Me
Hello, my name is Richard the third. I’m a Native American designer shaped by the community, culture, and land that raised me. My creative practice is rooted in the teachings and traditions that guided me, especially the Haudenosaunee understanding that every action carries responsibility.
In my culture, our wampum belts preserve memory and connection, and I approach design with that same sense of purpose. My work brings together the worldview I grew up with and the skills I developed in communication design to shape ideas with patience and purpose.
